These are some of the pictures I shot, presented in an almost chronological way - like I'm a storyteller...

I left Portugal in the beginning of May, and after plane, train, car and boat I got to the Southern Archipelago of FinlandVÄNÖ was the hosting island.
This was the sunset I could enjoy in my first day in Finland. I was on the boat to the island of VÄNÖ and I had this beautiful landscape, with the sun setting on the middle of the islands in the cold Baltic Sea.
VÄNÖ
The Southern Archipelago of Finland is crazy! About 50,000 islands and skerries.

"Triste de quem vive em casa, / Contente com o seu lar, / Sem que um sonho, no erguer da asa, / Faça até mais rubra a asa
Da lareira o abandonar! / Triste de quem é feliz! / Vive porque a vida dura. / Nada na alma lhe diz
Mais que a lição da raíz - Ter por vida a sepultura."
Fernando Pessoa in Mensagem

Unborn living. Living dead / Bullet strikes the helmet's head / And it's all over / For the unknown soldier.
"Life is one big road with lots of signs. So when you riding through the routes, don’t complicate your mind. Flee from hate, mischief and jealousy. Don’t bury your thoughts. put your vision to reality.
WAKE UP AND LIVE!"

I spent one last week in the island of Vänö, resting and preparing myself to get back to babylon. My time in the islands is over for now, so I’ll bid farewell and be down the road...

KIITOS
The backyard of my last days in Vänö. The dark nights never came, the sun was allways close and the sky at midnight could look like this...
